How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] right away with photos of the damage and your order number. For damaged or defective items, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you. You don't need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you need to cancel, email us or call (323) 334-9000 as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can return it after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal's secure, encrypted checkout. All transactions use SSL encryption. We never store your payment information on our servers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping ($6.99) takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — FREE on orders $75 or more. Express shipping (2.99, 2–3 business days) and Overnight via FedEx Priority ($24.99, 1 business day) are also available at checkout.
